December Honor Roll

The results are in! After reviewing stats and financials YTD through November 30, 2019, the latest Honor Roll is official.

1660 Peachtree exceeded their NOI goal by $185K and maintained the top NOI spot year-to-date. Great work and Relentless Pursuit of Excellence by the 1660 Peachtree team, led by General Manager Marina Allen, Sales Manager Cynthia Barnett and Partner/Senior Regional PCM Trainer Tenniel Wilson.

Lennox Flats in Columbus earned the top spot for Economic Occupancy with 95% year to date. Lennox Flats was sold on December 18th for $30M. Congratulations to PCM Kelly Westover, and the entire Lennox Flats team.
