Hitting goals is at the forefront of every Connor Group associate’s mind. Even partners will tell you about a time when they missed a goal, but there is one associate in Nashville who has yet to miss a goal since joining The Connor Group in September 2022.
Sales associate Haylee Wilson has not only hit every one of her goals over the last 13 months, but she has also found a way to creatively motivate the Cross Creek at Murfreesboro team to hit their goals.
Every month, Haylee makes a goal board that is creatively unique to that month. And clearly its working, the Cross Creek team has hit quad for NINE consecutive months.
“This all started with a passing conversation,” said general manager Nicole Turk. “Goal boards were brought up in a conversation Haylee and I were having, and she just went out and turned the thought into a reality.”
Turning thoughts into reality, and plans into goals is just what Haylee does according to those who work around her.
“Haylee knows what needs to happen and she makes it happen,” said regional manager and sales trainer Ashley Matos. “When it comes to objectives, she’s no-nonsense. Haylee aced her standards test in her first two weeks, learned the science behind selling and now is learning the art of selling with finesse.”
While Haylee is crafting a name for herself, others can envision her potential.
“The sky is the limit for her,” said Nicole. “Haylee is relentless to a T. She has starting working renewals, which was hard for me to let go of that control, but she has made it easy to trust her. She really understands the importance of what we do.”
