Training and Development

Senior partner Brad Dykes announced today essential changes to how we train and develop managers in the field. The objective is simple: strengthen leadership and invest in the associates who drive performance long-term.

Dayton Assignment

Brad also announced that partner and CIO Brock Wright will step in as the SMT overseeing the Dayton Market with Larry’s oversight.

This move allows current SMTs to avoid being spread too thin, while also providing Brock with operational experience.

For Sale

Brad also confirmed we have launched three properties for sale this week. Neon Burnsville, City Walk at Woodbury and Dock Street Flats have officially launched for sale. The goal is simple: make decisions that serve our investors, strengthen operations and give us the greatest chance for long-term success.

Additional properties are expected to launch in mid-September. Stay tuned.
