It’s been said that January was the longest year ever. Thankfully, Awards Breakfast season is just around the corner – Are you ready?!
Here are some key stats:
- In the next 30 days, we will host 11 awards breakfasts and 1 awards lunch
- For the first time in recent years, we will have 2 awards breakfast in Texas – 1 in Austin and 1 in Dallas
- We’ve ordered 525 awards
- We will announce 2 new Partners
- We will recognize 7 “consistent, elite performers” – a new awards category this year
- We will consume approximately 100 pounds of bacon and eggs
First breakfast?
If this is your first awards breakfast, you can expect great food, associates dressed to the nines, and lots of clapping and cheering (we use noisemakers!). You’ll hear a company update and inspirational message from Bob Lloyd or your Regional Head before the awards presentation begins. If your name is called, you’ll make your glorious march to the front of the room to accept your award. Stick around after all awards have been handed out for some group photos, then head back to your property with your batteries recharged, ready to crush your goals!
