Win the Week: March Madness was just the warm-up. Now, the field is wide open and only the strongest will rise to the top.
This summer, all 51 properties enter the starting gate in Win the Week: Triple Crown. It’s a three-part competition running June through August. Each month is its own race: Connor Derby, Connor Stakes and Connor Cup.
But here’s the twist. There are no head-to-head matchups. No brackets. Just one leaderboard and 50 properties standing in your way. Each week, the bottom 12 properties will get cut. By the final week of each race, only 15 properties will be left standing. If you want a shot at the crown, you’ve got to earn it, week in and week out.
Each week matters, but the race is won by the total points you rack up over the entire month.

The top three properties for each monthly race will win a prize.
- 1st = Win
- 2nd = Place
- 3rd = Show
If your property wins all three races, you take home The Connor Crown and a next-level prize. We will have more details on all the prizes by the end of the month.
If there’s a tie, the property with the highest rent roll per unit average will win.

One thing hasn’t changed: the best teams win by hitting their renewal and approved rental goals at the correct rates. If you want to stay in the game, you have to perform. If you want to win the crown, you have to dominate.
