Elizabeth Station’s Blazing Glory continues to lead the pack as we enter the final lap of The Connor Derby. With five days remaining until the June 30 finish line, they hold a three-point advantage over the nearest competitor, standing at 41 points. This is the power of a strong start. Consistent execution from the beginning has positioned them as one of the few remaining contenders for the win.
Close behind, two properties in Minneapolis are building momentum. City Walk’s Blaze and Neon Burnsville’s Neigh-on each delivered in Week 3, tying for the highest weekly point total at 14.
City Walk secured 15 transactions on a goal of nine, achieving the second-highest weekly transactional volume across our properties, just behind Paddock’s Halt the Move-Out. Of the top three, Neon was the only property to secure every transaction at the correct rates.
The last leg is already underway, and the outcome will be determined by what happens between now and Monday morning.
To the properties that did not make the cut this month, remember, there is no room for a slow start. Win the Week: Triple Crown is a monthly competition, and weekly cuts raise the stakes.
