The Connor Group is rolling out an additional income opportunity at the Central Support Office!
“This is going to be a game-changer,” Larry announced from the moat this morning in his waders. “We have implemented countless additional income opportunities at our properties –the Central Support Office will absolutely be held to the same standard. We have been working on this for quite some time, and are excited to announce this new venture!”
So what exactly is going on?
You may have noticed some extra fish swimming around the moat over the last week or two. Beginning on April 15th, associates and the public will be able to fish at the Central Support Office!
“We plan to offer this ‘Pay Lake’ as a recreational opportunity for associates and the community to enjoy,” Larry said.
Rates begin at $15/hour and include a fishing pole and access to the water. Bait will be an extra charge at $5-$10 per bucket. A $50 fee allows fishing for the entire day! It’s expected to generate approximately $100K in additional income throughout the Ohio fishing season!
The Central Support Office “Pay Lake” will be called Connor’s Catch. If the program meets and exceeds our wildly successful expectations, we will launch Phase 2 before the summer season. The Phase 2 plan rolls out this additional income opportunity to all properties with water features large enough to support the program.
“It’s genius,” Partner and Regional Head Sal Gracia said. “We’re excited and on track to roll this same program out at Hunters Chase, Austin Springs, and McCauly Crossing beginning June 1.”
