Elite performance is getting rewarded this summer. Across the portfolio, turn techs and lead techs are delivering some of the highest productivity levels we’ve seen, and now there’s even more on the line. The Summer Tech Incentive is back, with a new stretch bonus to recognize the techs who continue to set the standard.
“Who doesn’t want to make more money and feel appreciated?” partner and executive senior regional service trainer Paul Leber said. “To me, that is driving our culture because we’re getting the absolute most out of our best people and we’re rewarding them for that effort.”
How The Summer Tech Incentive Works
The structure is similar to previous years, with bonus potential for turn techs and lead techs who consistently deliver results all summer long.
For Turn Techs:

For Lead Techs:

The key to securing your bonus is follow the systems, especially when it comes to move-ins and move-outs.
“If we’re walking our units, doing the proper blue tapes, our five-minute white glove checklist, it sets the whole team up for success,” Paul said. “If we deviate from those systems because we’re in our busy season, you’re going to be even more busy.”
For Hunters Chase lead tech Harrison Moore, it starts with one habit: planning.
“It’s important to go over my DPM to have a solid plan for the day,” Harrison said. “I make sure I’m not rushing through work orders and I fix it right the first time.”
The Summer Stretch Bonus
In addition to the monthly payouts, new this year is The Summer Stretch Bonus. It’s open to lead techs and turn techs.

“$1,000 speaks volumes, especially for our techs,” Paul said. “Ultimately, I think this is going to showcase those top achievers who want to make their property productive, and it shows ownership.”
“Hard work pays off,” Harrison added. “To me, it shows The Connor Group is following their Core Values. People Count.”
The summer rush is here. While the workload is heavy, the opportunity is bigger for those who bring discipline, drive and daily execution.
Now it’s time to lean into the systems and cash in. This isn’t just about a bonus. It’s about proving what’s possible when we perform at our best and rewarding the techs who make it happen.
