Here are the highlights from our 2025 August Awards Breakfasts.

- 131 associates experienced their very first Connor Group awards
From start to finish, each event was about one thing: honoring your accomplishments. The results you’ve driven from January – June are remarkable. These August Awards Breakfasts gave us the chance to stop, reflect and celebrate you.
Behind every award was a story of grit, ownership and results. Whether it’s sales associates who refused to miss, managers who raised the standard, techs who stayed late to get it done or CSO associates who helped make it all possible behind the scenes, thank you for your hard work.
This August, we kicked things off in Atlanta, Charlotte, San Antonio-Austin, Phoenix, Dallas, Denver and Raleigh.

We closed out this awards season by celebrating Cincinnati-Dayton and CSO.
