In September, five properties reached Conversion Royalty status (56% and above):
- Windsong Estates – 60%
- Reserve at Canyon Creek – 59%
- Reserve at Cary Park – 59%
- Grand Riviera Miramar – 57%
- Approach at Summit Park – 56%

For three of the Conversion Royalty properties, it’s back-to-back recognition. For Approach at Summit Park, it’s their first time in the top tier. For Grand Riviera, it’s a breakthrough. They jumped from 47% in August to 57% in September. That leap shows how quickly momentum can shift when conversion becomes a daily priority.
Another eight properties earned Conversion Professional status (45–55%): Wellington Place, Bradford, Trinity Commons, Cross Creek, The Everly, Arbors of Anderson, The Aston Scottsdale and Allura Las Colinas.
This report is more than recognition, it’s visibility. It shows who is converting leads into residents and who is leaving transactions on the table.
