Summer fun continues

As summer continues, so do our summer outings. Throughout the last week of June, our Fort Lauderdale, Chicago, Dallas, and Raleigh teams spent their days at the lake and playing air hockey at the arcade.

In Fort Lauderdale, Dallas and Chicago, the teams set sail on the lake, enjoying their time in the sun.

“Everyone enjoyed themselves,” general manager Jenein Sous said. “We had music playing, ate good food, and swam. It was nice to see the maintenance team relax; we all know it is a crazy for them. It was also nice to be able to bond with each other as well. Our new sales associate Bianca Cantagallo started this month, so it was very cool to see her enjoy a piece of our reward and recognition culture and be so impressed by it.”

In Fort Lauderdale, our Grand Riviera and The Villas at Wyndham Lakes teams celebrated together. Both new and tenured associates enjoyed the day building relationships and tying up at the local sandbar.

“It was fantastic. We had a blast,” sales associate Amber Parker said. “It was great to talk to our newer Fort Lauderdale associates and hear how their journey at TCG is going. It is so important to us that they love what they do and are successful in doing it. It was also nice to spend time with the Wyndham team and hear how things are going at the new acquisition.”

Our Dallas team set sail, grilling out on the boat and enjoying a nice sunny day.

“This was the second team outing I’ve been on, and it was my favorite,” sales associate Taylor Gonzalez said. “The first year, there were so many people I was unfortunately unable to talk to everyone. It was only our Allura team this time, so there was quality time with everyone. Summer is the hottest time of the year, so it was nice to have the time to be out on the water and enjoy it together.”

It was off to the arcade for our Raleigh associates. The team started their outing with lunch at the Morgan Street Food Hall, a popular local eatery, followed by some friendly competition at the Boxcar Bar and Arcade.

“The arcade was intense at first, turn tech Chris Underwood said. “You put a group of competitive people in a competitive game environment; everyone was trying to be the best. We had associates racing on motorcycle bikes, and the air hockey table was a big thing too. I think it was a great opportunity for us. It is something that I will look forward to next year and another thing that makes me appreciate working here.”
