As we reach the midpoint of the month, the Connor Olympics competitors are proudly sporting their August medals and sending in their videos to prove it. They are gearing up for another strong performance in September. The team at Excelsior and Grand kicked things off this week by throwing down the gauntlet. The message? They’re not backing down!
‘The Dream Team’ competitor and operations manager John Liford was more than eager to fire back. John and his gold medal winning team at Highland Station have quickly risen to the occasion, meeting their goals for renewals, and exceeding them for approved rentals and customer service in August. See what John had to say about all of the noise.
Undeterred by John’s callout, the Wheaton 121 team led by senior manager Jenein Sous was ready to talk the talk and walk the walk. The two-time gold medalist team made it clear to everyone who they feel the top dog is.
Sure, these gold medalists look pretty comfortable up on that podium, but don’t be fooled—this race is far from over. As we push towards the end of the month, there’s still plenty of room for upsets, comebacks, and dark horse victories. The Connor Olympics is rolling strong from July through December, giving property managers, sales associates, and techs a chance to earn serious bonuses and some major bragging rights.
The Playbook for Gold
- Renewals: 50% renewed in the 90-day book and hit your property’s overall renewal goal.
- Approved Rentals: Meet your property’s monthly objectives.
- Customer Service: Maintain an average score of 3.80 or higher over the previous 90 days.
Medals and Scoring
- Gold Medal: Achieve 3/3 objectives.
- Silver Medal: Achieve 2/3 objectives.
- No Medal: Less than 2 objectives.
Exciting News: Techs Now in the Game!
Another important note for all teams: the Summer Tech Incentive Program has wrapped up, and now the techs are officially in the running for the Connor Olympic Bonus! Here’s the game plan for our techs:
Techs Monthly Payout Structure:
- Connor Olympics kicks off for techs after the Summer Service Contest concludes in August.
- To qualify, techs must hit monthly goals for:
- Turns completed.
- Work orders per 8 hours.
- Additionally, techs need to score 3.80 or higher on the customer survey question.
- Eligible techs can earn up to $500 per month!
