Partnership at The Connor Group isn’t given; it’s earned. And tonight, three associates have earned their way into the partnership program.
We are thrilled to announce chief of staff Krista Henehan, senior director Kim Whitesell and VP of acquisitions, dispositions, debt and analytics Brock Wright as our newest partners.
Krista Henehan
Krista joined The Connor Group in May of 2018, taking on a challenging role – leading Larry’s Department.
“If anyone was going to be able to fit this role and be successful, it was going to be you,” Bob Lloyd said.
“You always have the can-do, we will make it happen approach,” Larry said. “You act like an owner. You’re organized, timely, and proactive. Our department has risen to the next level in an ever more changing and complex LSC and Co. world because of you.”
Krista has extremely high expectations, incredible attention to detail and lives our Core Values, starting with Do the Right Thing and People Count.
“People throughout the organization respect Krista, respect her work ethic, and I’m really proud of everything she’s accomplished,” partner committee member Ryan Ernst said.

Kim Whitesell
Kim joined the Connor Group in 2010. Although she started in the Cincinnati market, she has traveled across the country to help us out in multiple markets and multiple properties.
She’s helped in Cincinnati, Dayton, Columbus, then Nashville, Chicago, Louisville and is now back in Nashville to position Elliston 23 for sale.
“It just goes to show how committed you are, wherever you’re needed – you don’t even hesitate. You go take care of business,” partner and regional head Sal Gracia said.
“Talk about being relentless and doing whatever it takes,” Bob Lloyd added. “And you do it with a great positive attitude, whatever it takes for the company to be successful.”
Senior directors Katie Powell and Erica McLoughlin both remember meeting Kim early in their careers and knowing instantly her determination and grit would take her far.
“You have been my mentor for 10 years,” Katie said. “And I’m thankful for our relationship and everything you’ve taught me.”
“I remember meeting Kim and going, ‘Whoa, this girl has attitude,’” Erica said. “I love her edge…you’re just all-around All In.”

Brock Wright
Brock Wright joined us in September of 2018 as the director of debt. Flash forward two and a half years later, and his department has drastically changed.
“To say you came into a challenging situation would be an understatement,” Larry said. “You have rebuilt the department, and not just rebuilt it, but taken it to the next level.”
Brock’s leadership helped us close more than $1 billion in transactions in 2020 for the third time in company history. CFO Bob Holzapfel remembers interviewing Brock multiple times and thinking he’d be a great cultural fit.
“I feel that Brock’s position is one of the highest impact positions in the organization,” Bob H. said. “What he does day-in, day-out has a tremendous impact on investors, on partners, on every associate in the company.”
If you ask key leaders what traits stand out about Brock, you’ll hear that he has incredible grit, relentlessness, has extremely high expectations and standards.
“Brock, you really live our culture…and I can count on you to do the right thing always,” Bob Lloyd said.

Congratulations, Krista, Kim and Brock!
