Starting in 2016, Connor Group equity funds were structured to give a partial ownership stake to Kids & Community Partners, the company’s non-profit arm. As a result, the better we do at re-engineering and selling properties, the more money we can put toward programs that help under-resourced children in our markets.
For that reason, we have an obligation to report back to associates with news about how our non-profit funds – the funds they’ve produced – are being invested.
In the first of what will be a quarterly video series, Kids & Community associates have an update on three new investments, as well as two new start-ups we’ve been able to create thanks to your hard work.
