Filming is underway for our fourth annual National Awards broadcast. The roughly hour-long production recognizes associates on a national stage who performed at an elite level in 2022.
This week, our regional heads and trainers filmed portions of the show late into the evening hours at the Central Support Office in black-tie attire. Meanwhile, the event planning process is in full swing for celebrations in each of our markets.
For associates new to our National Awards, the night of recognition is also filled with fun and laughter. As part of the event planning process, a new fun video featuring Connor Group associates is assembled each year.
Before we reveal the 2023 videos, Loop opened up the vault to release one of last year’s highlights, our “Individual Accountability Press Conferences.”
In the skit, Connor Group standouts, including Erica McLoughlin, Tommy Genna, Marc Vo, Tad Hunter, Rob Locke and others, are the test subjects for a new process where we take accountability to the next level.
From lead tech controversies to role-play mishaps, this fun awards video covered a wide range of problems. In true Connor Group fashion, our associates stay cool, calm and solutions-oriented.
