This past week, our associates in Atlanta, Austin, Dallas, Louisville, Nashville and San Antonio celebrated personal achievements and big team wins.
Among 13 more promotions handed out, one was a promotion to partner for senior director Chesley Lewis! She flew in from Minneapolis to join her teammates in Dallas, where she was surprised by her family for the milestone moment.
At the Nashville and Louisville breakfast, Ashley Matos was honored to receive her promotion to regional manager and sales trainer. Coming off the recent sale of Waterford Place, Ashley and her team were recognized with the top property award for Cross Creek at Murfreesboro.
Elsewhere in Altlanta, Willie Edmonds was the associate of the day, taking home five awards, including a surprise promotion to senior lead tech.
In addition to the high energy brought by associates, partner and senior service trainer Rob Murray once again brought the laughs. He’s taken his show on the road by handing out funny awards in Columbus, Charlotte, and now Dallas. With three more breakfasts still yet to come before the end of the month, you never know where he might show up next.
