Lead sales associate Lisa May found out eight months ago she was on a game-changing career path. She was placed On the Radar, the first official step to earning partnership at The Connor Group.
“I can’t believe I’ve done the right things to get here, and now the hard work is really about to begin,” Lisa said.
The Partner Leadership Team is currently searching for associates who go above and beyond in their roles to continue growing this elite group. Associates at any level within the organization are encouraged to submit On the Radar nominations for people they know who fit the following criteria:
- Live our core values
- Perform at an 8.25 or better
- Sets a gold standard for associates
- Makes a difference in their market or CSO
Partner and VP of Training Ashley Smith sat down with Lisa to talk about the impact being On the Radar has had on her career.
