Our managers must act like owners and execute our processes and systems to run our properties at a high level. At the end of each month, we measure their success. In February, 15 managers across eight markets earned recognition on our Manager Honor Roll.
In this month’s publication, we have two new leaders at the top who are running one of our most difficult properties. Operations manager Jenein Sous and sales manager Joseph Bangert led the Stonebridge team to finish more than $106 thousand above NOI (Net Operating Income) year to date.
Partner and senior director Michelle Murphy explained Jenein and Joseph both started at The Connor Group about two years ago. Since then, the two have grown together – holding each other accountable.
“They are aligned as leaders,” Michelle said. “It comes down to their grit and relentlessness to do the right things every day.”
The Stonebridge team accomplished the following results in February:
- Delivered 43 renewals on a goal of 40
- Exceeded traffic goal of 111 with 168
- Exceeded approved rentals with 15 on a goal 10
- Achieved Google review goal with 11 reviews on a goal of 10
Teamwork is a common theme among our top three honorees this month. At Bayside Arbors, general manager Megan Hedrick and sales manager Lili Le exceeded their traffic goal of 160 with a company-high 190. In our third spot, under the leadership of senior director Chesley Lewis and sales manager Jessica Ely, Saxon Woods finished February more than $68 thousand above NOI year to date.
“It takes relentless execution of our systems to be on the Honor Roll,” partner and senior regional sales and manager trainer Courtney Dies said, “Our managers must lead through your team and manager through our systems.”
