The sounds of cheers and noisemakers filled the atrium. Nina Galbraith smiled and proudly walked the red carpet to accept her promotion to lead sales level 2 at the August Awards Breakfast. This was just one of her many accomplishments during Nina’s Connor Group career.
Nina started with The Connor Group in July 2022 and quickly made a name for herself. She’s known for her high level of accountability, positive attitude and immediate buy-in to our culture. When closing on Somerset at Deerfield in October 2022, partner and senior director Tiffany Montoya knew Nina was the right associate to help set the property up for success.

“Relentless. Patient. Dedicated. Those are three words I would use to describe Nina,” Tiffany said. “She is someone I know I can always count on and is my right-hand woman; I couldn’t do it without her. I knew I wanted her at Somerset because she has the right personality to get things going and hit the ground running. She played a major role in setting us up for success out of the gate.”
In May, Nina took over the renewal program and stepped up to make sure the team followed the right systems and standards. On top of leading the team to close 96 renewals in four months, Nina accomplished these amazing stats throughout the busy summer season from June through August:
- Took 94 pieces of traffic
- 22 approved rentals
- 30% closing average
The Loop asked Nina to share her most impactful Winners’ Circle card. She chose one she received while helping out another Cincinnati property earlier this year.
When did you get it?
February 16, 2023
Who was it from?
Transaction lead Emily Lazar
Why did you get it?
It was for being a cultural fit, following our proven systems and welcoming Emily to the Arbors team for two days, where I showed her our sales systems and processes in action!
What does it say?
“Thank you for welcoming me to Arbors of Anderson to complete two DIFs with you all!! You are clearly bought in and a cultural fit. It was exciting watching you close again and again during my two days. You have a bright future here- keep crushing it!!!! PEOPLE COUNT! And GO FLYERS!!”

Why was it so impactful?
This Winners’ Circle card was impactful to me because it came from Emily, who works at the Central Support Office. It proves it doesn’t matter if you work at CSO or a property; your relentless work doesn’t go unnoticed! That’s our culture. I’m extremely passionate about our culture, so having her recognize me as a cultural fit was cool!
