From golfing to relaxing at the ballpark, summer outings are in full swing across our markets. These R&R events provide our teams time to connect and recharge during the busiest time of year. It’s yet another unique part of our culture that sets us apart from other companies.
In Denver, the team recently enjoyed a day filled with sunshine at the Colorado Rockies baseball game. It started with lunch outside the stadium at Snarf’s Sandwiches and ended with a matchup against the Cleveland Guardians.
“The memories shared with fellow coworkers were a big win! I love that we plan group outings outside of the office with other properties in our region,” lead sales associate Brandi Caskey said. “It’s the one time that we get to meet face-to-face with associates in our market that we are used to communicating with through phone and email.”
Our Ohio and Indianapolis associates enjoyed Top Golf outings filled with good times, good food and friendly competition.
“There’s nothing like taking a step back and getting out of the office to enjoy quality time with fellow associates in the Columbus market,” partner and lead sales associate Tommy Genna said.
The Cincinnati, Dayton and Indianapolis markets combined for their afternoon of fun. The outing was a huge hit among managers, sales and service associates.
“I personally love the outing because it’s a great chance to get to know your peers. I don’t see the Dayton market all of the time, and it was fun to reconnect in person,” property manager Kristen Balzer said. “For three hours we spent time together, putting work aside, and had fun as one team.”
