The table is set; ten elite Connor Group managers from across the country have been invited to the All In Managers Dinner. These associates earned their entrees by leading their properties to hit NOI before the budget reset and for the full year while also scoring a 3.7 or better on the December customer survey.
The ten managers are…
Jolanta Wisniewski – Edison, Austin
Jo has much to celebrate this month, earning a spot at her first All In Dinner and her one-year anniversary with The Connor Group. This operations manager at Edison has quickly made a name for herself. She won Top New Manager and a Bootcamp MVP in her first year with the company. Jo was also key in turning around customer service at the property.

Joe Stephens – Sycamore Ridge, Columbus
At The Connor Group, we achieve the impossible, and in 2023, Joe led his team to do just that. As general manager of Sycamore Ridge, Joe’s team completed the first-ever seven-month re-engineer. They crushed their goal five months early, more than doubled other income, increased the rent roll by $70k, and drove NOI up 75%. This will be Joe’s third All In Dinner.

Katie Powell – Dovetree, Dayton
Partner and senior director Katie Powell returns to the All In dinner table for the fourth time. Katie is a cultural icon, role model, and trailblazer for The Connor Group, who has helped train sales associates, managers, and even SMTS. She is also among the first-ever prestigious Core Value Award winners.

Aaron Wycoff – The Coil, Indianapolis
Aaron, a general manager at The Coil, won’t celebrate her one-year mark until next month, but that didn’t stop her from grabbing a plate at the elite performer’s table. In 2023, Aaron won Super Out of the Gate, a Bootcamp MVP, and celebrated an impressive 10-month re-engineer.

Courtney Vecheck – The Coil, Indianapolis
Courtney, the culture queen of Indy, returns to the All In dinner table for the fourth time. This general manager oversaw multiple properties while training and developing new hires in 2023. Her outstanding performance earned her the dinner invite, and in August, Courtney won the coveted Firewoman award.

Caiti Kopp – Alas Over Lowry, Denver
At one point this year, Caiti led the operations side of the business for 733 units across three different properties in Denver. Her grit and determination earned her a Top Manager award, a Firewoman award, and her first Connor Group promotion to senior manager. This is her third time earning a seat at the All In Dinner.

Nicole Turk – Cross Creek at Murfreesboro, Nashville
Accolades have rained down on Nicole in 2023. Not only did this general manager led her team to win Top Property, but in August, she was also awarded Top Manager, Top Resident Retention, and The Grit Award. Cross Creek’s consistency has made Nicole a rock star and top performer in 2023. This is her third All In Dinner honor.

Alex Pellett – The Boulevard, Tampa
Almost in time for her second anniversary with The Connor Group, Alex returns to the All In dinner table for seconds. Nominated for National Top Rookie last year, the sales manager became a leader in the Tampa market, leading teams at Mezzo of Tampa Palms and The Boulevard.

Laura Brennan – The Boulevard, Tampa
Another first-timer at the table this year will be operations manager Laura Brennan. Last February, Laura earned the Super Out of the Gate award while training in Charlotte. Since then, Laura has moved to Tampa to take over operations at The Boulevard, where she earned her seat at the dinner table.

Erica McLoughlin – Trinity Commons, Raleigh-Durham
Simply put, Erica McLoughlin is a force to be reckoned with. This partner and senior director, the longest-tenured manager at The Connor Group, led her team at Trinity Commons to break a record this August with $24,201 in rent roll for the month. Also, her maintenance team completed 94 move-ins in the same month. This is her second All In dinner.
