‘Ter-bear’ Terry

Positioning properties for sale is never an easy task. For turn tech Terry Fowler, he’s helped position not one, but two properties for sale in Dallas in the last five months.

“He is just All In,” senior manager Traci Quetano said.

Terry started his career at L2 Uptown in Dallas in July 2021. After hitting his goals every month, he started assisting with work orders. His drive, work ethic and positive attitude stood out as he over-delivered even with the additional responsibility. In April 2022, Terry was part of the team that successfully sold L2 Uptown for $112 million.

His next stop was Firestone West 7th, where Terry continued his relentless work, completing 57 turns and 504 work orders from April through October. In November, we sold the property for $87.5 million.

“He is a team player and brings great camaraderie to the team. I gave him the nickname of ‘Ter-bear’ because he’s caring and kind with our residents,” Traci said. “Terry does whatever is needed. He’s consistent and very involved in costs per turn, knows where he is on his goals and makes sure the property hits its goals. I would pick him for my All-Star team.”

We asked Terry to share his favorite Winners’ Circle Card with the Loop. Here’s which one he chose…

When did you get it?
September 2022

Who was it from?
Traci Quetano

Why did you get it?
I received it for turning 16 apartments on a goal of 16 and completing 63 work orders on a goal of 50.

What did it say?
“If I’d had a bear sticker, it would be on here! Amazing August-16 turns on a goal of 16.  63 work orders on a goal of 50.  $58.67 cost per turn + $11.81 cost (of) paint per turn. Keep leading from the front + kicking ass!”

Why was it so impactful?
I completed seven turns just that week, so to have a manager who supports me is great.
