Our training department has two new reasons to celebrate!
Partner and senior manager and sales trainer Jennie Juran and her husband Chris welcomed their first baby boy last week. In true Connor Group fashion, Waylon James exceeded expectations and arrived one week early on Dec. 8 in Cincinnati.
Height: 20 in.
Weight: 6 lbs. 6 oz.
“We’re so thrilled to meet Waylon,” Jennie said. “We’re settled in at home, and everyone is doing great. Our dog Nala is even taking to him. She’s snuggled up with him and is keeping a close eye on everything. We feel extremely blessed.”
Partner and regional service trainer Mike Sumner and his wife Kendra welcomed their fifth baby on Dec. 3 in Denver. Baby Trax Randall Axel has three older brothers Lex, 12, Max, 10, and Knix, 9, along with two-year-old sister Xenia. They are all thrilled with their family’s latest addition.

“My wife Kendra is such a special person,” Mike said. “We’ve been having fun spoiling Trax, who took his time arriving. Kendra was in labor for three days!”
Mike and Jennie currently work in different markets, but in 2014 they worked together as the manager and lead tech team at Orchard of Landen in Cincinnati. We wish them and their families the very best!
