Sal’s problem….

It all started with a request from executive assistant Stacy Agarwal. She delivered a message straight from partner and CEO Bob Lloyd to the communications department, setting partner and regional head Sal Gracia up for an epic consequence.

“We need to have Sal film a video talking about his renewal problem,” Stacy said.

Of course, Sal’s markets have done a fantastic job this year on NOI. In April, every single property he oversees hit or exceeded NOI goals YTD. That’s no easy task. But as a company, we always highlight our plusses and minuses. That’s our culture.

His properties have a renewal problem.
