Reward and recognition is more than just lip service at The Connor Group. Thanks to the relentless effort of Connor Group associates, the act of recognizing one another for a job well done has become ingrained in our culture.
Last year required an above-and-beyond mentality in order to navigate its challenges. As associates continued to meet those challenges, they continued to receive R&R. Loop crunched the numbers to see the amount of R&R that was handed out by key leaders. From this group of department heads, regionals and partners, Connor Group associates received a collective total of 5,209 R&R items in 2020. These items include Winners Circle cards, Core Value cards, gifts and communiques.

These numbers are a testament to the incredible work put in by our associates each and every day, but it does not account for the people actually handing out the R&R. Thats why we crunched the numbers even further.
Out of the group of key leaders, here are the top 5 card and gift givers in the entire company.

It’s no surprise to see CEO Bob Lloyd leading the way in both categories with 397 cards written and 213 gifts given. With 2021 already in high gear, other leaders might still have time to catch him on the leaderboard this year.
